The nail business evolves and changes with both fashion and market trends. So how do you keep up? Education. Finding the right type of classes to take is often a challenge.  Then once you find that class, logistics, travel, and time become the next obstacle.  The one thing Covid did for the industry was to give more access to online education but if you are anything like me, you want face to face hands on instruction. You want to touch it, try it, work with it and you want to do that while the instructor is available to help you.  As an educator I continue to take classes so I can make sure that my classes remain relevant to industry trends. Plan 2 Succeed is a class that Paula Davies and I teach. It is a multi level class combining the two essential components of success in the nail industry, business skills and nail techniques.
